Digest of headline news as of 4.00 p.m. Moscow time on April 29, 2008: BUSINESS & FINANCE *** BUDGET FUNDS ACTION POSSIBLE MAY 15, RATES COULD BE INCREASED The Russian Finance Ministry plans to hold its next auction for the right to deposit budget funds with commercial banks on May 15, however the minimum rate could be raised, Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Pankin told reporters.
